Meet Kiana Hastings, a private counsellor with a cynical, morally ambiguous approach to therapy. She works from a carefully separated home clinic, serving mostly troubled male clients whose sessions often blur ethical boundaries. A new client, Adrian, arrives believing he may be gay and deeply ashamed of his cross-dressing experiences. As Kiana tries to help him through unconventional role-play, she becomes emotionally and physically entangled with him, violating professional boundaries and losing control of the situation.

Adrian’s fears, family pressures, and encounters with manipulative eldars expose how vulnerable he is, while Kiana’s own hidden history and identity come to the surface. The relationship shifts from counsellor-client to romantic and intimate partner, forcing Kiana to confront her hypocrisy, secrecy, jealousy, and desire.

Her attempts to manage him therapeutically collapse into attraction, jealousy, confession, and dependence. Adrian, meanwhile, moves from fear and confusion toward a more confident sense of himself, though under deeply compromised circumstances. In the end, she has to try to reconcile professional ethics, personal longing, and the truth she has spent her life concealing.
