Matt's tribe has found the location they have been looking for, and just in time. Winter is coming soon and they must build shelters before the cold weather arrives. They must also replace depleted food supplies, enough to last them through the winter, and lay in wood for their fires.
But there's a problem. South of the village lies a narrow seaway, and on the other side is a society that depends on slavery. Two members of the tribe have been captured, and this time, with high mountains to the west and winter soon to arrive, fleeing isn't an option.
