A good story but too much teenage angst!

Overall, well written and different. I also recognize that it is a start to a series. However, at times, the story seemed to drag and we are exposed to far too much teenage angst.
I look forward to reading the other stories in this series as they emerge before making my final decision.
In general, worth the time. Not a compelling read but one is generally enjoyable.
