In early 18th Century England, Andrew Brown is sent by his father to be a school master at a boarding school for young women, which is run by an old family friend, Aloysius Weatherby. This very special school trains females from the age of 16 to 24, the rich girls to run the households of rich men, and the poor girls to be submissive domestic servants. Andrew soon learns the art of disciplining the students and has many amourous adventures with the lovely female schoolteachers.

There’s more to this book than the title may suggest

The setting of this story is what I assume to be the pre Victorian era (or maybe the beginning?) in a forming school for young women. It’s about the self discovery of a young man having grown up with a very strict father. The characters are well developed, but often leaves out just enough to make you wonder where that portion of the story will go. Frankly, it makes you wish the book was longer. It’s well written and keeps you wanting more. Definitely going to read the second book.

Well written book about punishment at school

It is difficult to find stories of corporal punishment at school that do have a plot besides the sex scenes. This one addresses both the erotica aspect and the storyline being meaningful.
